It takes lots of planning, organization, attention to
detail and follow-up to have a successful Pilgrimage.
Nowhere is that more important that in the job of the House
Chairperson.
The House Chairperson has two main responsibilities:
1. Serving as liaison between the house and the Heritage
Association. This facilitates the proper flow of
information between the two parties and also insures that
the materials, tickets, signs, runners, stanchions, “house
boxes”, etc are received at the house when needed.
2. Recruiting and training hosts and hostesses and
following up with to them to insure that they will be
present to work their shift.
